The centre of Fingal Bay is 300 metres away with the surf club, Long Boat Café and Salt Water Restaurant, a fantastic kids playground and bike track that will take you through to Shoal Bay. The village shops are just one kilometre away. The Unit - This well appointed two-storey home has spacious open plan living with reverse cycle air conditioning, flatscreen TV, Amazon Prime and Disney+ for your entertainment and with free WiFi access throughout the unit. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop and a full size fridge. Living and kitchen are located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with queen bed, one with a queen bed whilst the other room has two single beds. The main bedroom is on ground floor supplied with a queen bed and a private ensuite. The main batrhoom has a full bath and separate shower. This great holiday escape will make you feel at home with a balcony area on each level to relax and unwind. Other features include a Nespresso Vertuo coffee pod machine, and a limited supply of pods will be provided. Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, and an outdoor clothesline, are also available. Additionally, there is a double lock-up garage, as well as driveway parking. All linen and towels are provided, and beds are made ready for your arrival.
