Soldiers Point is a picturesque, peaceful peninsula. In this pristine pocket of Port Stephens you can reach everything you want on your coastal break by foot, if you so desire. From this spacious holiday home, it is just a 300m walk to Wanda Beach and the lovely beachside reserve, Kangaroo Point. The short walk to Wanda beach is accessed via the shortcut path from across the quiet cul-de-sac street. Great eateries are close at hand too with a 500m walk to the popular Soldiers Point Bowling Club, and the renowned Rick Steins at Bannisters just across the road from it, along with the Cheeky Dog pub. You are also 750m from Pearson Park, which has a great playground for the kids, and 1.3km from Soldiers Point Marina where you can watch beautiful sunsets over the water.
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house offers a wonderful and relaxing coastal getaway for the family. Inside, you’ll find 2 comfortable living rooms on either side of the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a fabulous covered entertaining area with a BBQ at the back, and a balcony at the front which wraps around the side of the house and captures the beautiful sea breeze.The slightly elevated position affords distant views of the sparkling water, visible from the balcony and front lounge and bedroom.
All those little extras that make a holiday truly great have been covered - ducted air-conditioning, blockout shutters and ceiling fans in the bedrooms mean you’ll be very comfortable year-round, and you’ll never be short of entertainment with Wifi, multiple TV’s, a sound bar, and good old-fashioned board games for family fun. It also has a lovely set up for the kids with a neat, fenced yard with trampoline and the 2nd living room meaning everyone can relax in their own space.
There are 3 generous bedrooms. One has a queen bed, walk-in robe, TV and private ensuite, while the second has a built-in robe, TV and queen bed, and the third has a built-in robe and a tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top). The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet, and the internal laundry offers a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. There is also a handy third toilet outside.
Parking is available in the double carport, with space to park a boat in the driveway.
