It is less than 500m to d’Albora Marina where a range of fun aquatic activities are available, including dolphin watch cruises that depart daily and whale watch cruises which operate from May to November. You are also just minutes stroll to Nelson Bay Beach or a short drive to Dutchies Beach or Shoal Bay for calm water swimming.
This modern, stylish apartment is an incredibly welcoming space to come home to after a day out exploring the coast. An enviable wraparound courtyard/balcony boasts plenty of outdoor entertaining space, and the fresh and inviting open plan living area offers a comfortable lounge, ducted air-conditioning and Smart TV with free Wifi. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table, and the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven and microwave. All 3 bedrooms have access out to the private courtyard, and the main bedroom is comfortably fitted with a queen bed and private ensuite with shower and toilet, while the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd offers a bunk bed. Luxuriate in the spa bath in the main bathroom, which also has a separate shower and toilet, and there is an internal laundry fitted with a washer and dryer.
One secure undercover car space is included, and there is lift access to the apartment.
