No Parties or Events of any kind are allowed. Pet Policy: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis (max 20 lbs weight limit). Must be pre-approved; a $250 per pet fee applies and will be added after booking. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
