Nelson Bay golf course is a short 800m away, a 27 hole championship golf course on the skirt of the Tomaree National Park, with native trees and flora. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and native birds. A fantastic scenic lookout is about 1.5m from the duplex, Gan Gan lookout is accessed either by car or foot, it is one of the highest points in the area and offers breathtaking views of the bay, the dramatic Yacabba and Tomaree headlands, the spectacular Tomaree National Park and the towering Stockton Bight sand dunes.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
