Location: The duplex is located across the road from Conroy Park and Corlette beach. Only steps away from the pristine waters of the bay and white sands. The park offers a play area and electric BBQ’s with plenty of trees and grassed areas. Within a short stroll through beautiful gardens you will arrive at the Anchorage Resort where you can enjoy a drink or meal overlooking the Bay. Also in walking distance is a convenience/takeaway shop, a Thai restaurant and other beautiful beaches and picnic areas. If you are the adventurous type, there are many water activities on offer in the summer months such as kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, there are also scenic walks over the headland and along the beaches. A five minute drive will take you to Nelson Bay offering cafes, restaurant and boutique shopping and a shopping centre at Salamander Bay with three supermarkets.
The Duplex: Renovated to a high standard, this ground floor duplex offers open plan living, high vaulted ceilings, air conditioned fitting with shear white curtains, tiled living area and carpeted bedrooms. The living areas living area includes a lounge, dining and a fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A natural flowing layout takes you to neat, fully fenced grounds, a very private courtyard, a covered outdoor entertaining area with a comfortable lounge setting positioned on synthetic grass plus a gas BBQ.
The three bedrooms offers a king bed, a queen bed and one set of bunk bed and are all beautifully decorated. The light and airy bathroom also with vaulted ceilings includes a bath, shower, a separate toilet and a laundry providing both washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. There are two wall mounted flat screen televisions, one located in the lounge room and the other in the main bedroom with the King bed. There is also a second courtyard leading off from one of the bedrooms. A single lock up garage plus driveway parking are provided for guest use, plus a porta cot and pram are also available (cot linen is not provided).
