This is an air conditioned home perfect for a family in Shoal Bay, it has a small courtyard and a fenced yard suitable for a small pet!
The recently renovated property has ceiling fans and built in robes in all the bedrooms and a bath and a walk in shower in the brand new main bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and shower available.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.
Bedroom two also has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three has two single beds, BIR and ceiling fan.
Bedroom four is a bunk room at the rear with one set of single bunk beds.
The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven with double doors and beautiful granite bench tops. The dining suite is just off the kitchen and seats 6 people.
The laundry offers a washing machine and there is room to park a small boat in the driveway. Just around the corner is a shared walking and cycling path that leads down to beautiful Fingal Bay Beach and a fenced area where you can let your dog run off leash if you have brought a pet with you. If you are very lucky you may even spot a koala along the way.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
