The lovely home is just 300m to the pristine waters and white sands of Corlette Beach. Just steps away is Corlette Point Park with its play area and electric BBQ’s with plenty of trees and grassed areas, and further along the coast is the Anchorage Marina and its great seaside dining options. Also within walking distance is a convenience/takeaway shop, a Thai restaurant and other beautiful beaches and picnic areas. If you are the adventurous type, there are many water activities on offer in the summer months such as kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, as well as scenic walks over the headland and along the beaches. A 3.5km drive or cycle will bring you to Nelson Bay, where you’ll find cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and the d’Albora Marina, where dolphin watch cruises depart daily.
This renovated 2-storey family home is exceptionally well proportioned with light-filled interiors. Step inside to an open plan living area with split system air-conditioning, a TV, 6-seater dining table and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and an island bench with bar stools. Wi-Fi is included. The dining area leads out to an expansive timber deck that makes entertaining easy with outdoor furnishings and gas BBQ, plus an enclosed grass yard that is perfect for the children to play on. Also on the ground level is the laundry/third bathroom which offers a washing machine, shower and toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second living room with a flat screen TV and access out to a narrow balcony that runs the length of the house. All the rooms on the first floor are carpeted and have ceiling fans. Three of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, with the master bedroom also offering a built-in robe and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom offers 3 single beds, while the modern main bathroom boasts a freestanding bath, shower and toilet.
Parking is available in the tandem 2-car garage, which extends the length of the house and is suitable to park either 2 cars or a boat or trailer.
