Perfect 3 bedrooms townhouse for up to six guests

Villa Placidity is a perfect townhouse for up to six guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main floor gives you access to our superb dining room, spacious and gourmet kitchen and one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private bathroom. The second floor hosts the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-sized bed with private bathroom and the other bedroom has two twin sized beds with private bathroom. Our rental also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. You will also have your own private pool for exercise and fun in the back of your home, air conditioning and an outdoor security camera as well for added security. Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. Other Things to Note: • Security deposit will be charged to the traveler’s credit card(Credit card will be collected by Property Manager for Security Deposit). • Please inquire to your host about extras services that you would like to apply to your stay. Such as: - Early Check-in Fee - Late Check-out Fee - Pool Heating Fee - Pet Fee To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
