The incredible Villa Kerpen at Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida is one of our more stylish and extravagant rentals. This location is only fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World and just twenty-five minutes away from Universal Studios and can host up to eight guests.
Should you choose to rent Villa Kerpen, your family and friends will also have the use of Storey Lake Resorts clubhouse and all the amenities that go with it including a marvelous resort style pool that features a spa, two different waterslides with a lazy river and the splash pad water park area for our younger guests to play! The full-sized gym and exercise center with several machines is available to you and your guests as well. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
