Welcome to The White Sand House! Come and experience the sugar white sand beaches in Perdido Key, Florida. This newly constructed well-appointed single-family home is located in the Serenity community. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 8. The home sits on the perimeter of a cul-de-sac with nature views from the back porch. The public beach is a short ride to the end of River Road where you will find public parking and access to one of the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico (a little more than ½ mile away). Everything in this house is new! The house is beautifully decorated and has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, and patio deck. You’re just a short drive to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! You will also be only 5 miles from the famous Flora-Bama! This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. Please message the host with questions. When you enter the home, you will be on the main living level. This level includes the family room with large flat screen smart tv (DirectTV service); an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sectional (converts to a queen sleeper), dining table and chairs, a breakfast bar with stools, and a powder room. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare tasty meals. The second level of the house is where you will find 3 bedrooms. When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen smart tv, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed. It shares a full jack and jill bathroom (with tub/shower combo) with the second guest bedroom which has full over full bunk beds. The outdoor area has a charcoal grill where you can prepare delicious meals, maybe even grill your catch of the day! For our safety and yours, all cleanings will include sanitizing high touch surfaces, handles, and all linen surfaces. All laundry services include a CDC-approved laundry sanitizer. We make it easy for you to stay with us! Drive straight to the house and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind. Evidence of violation of the smoking policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
