Excellent holiday home in perfect position within the beautiful Porto Cesareo, all easily reachable on foot, both the soft beaches, the evening walking streets and useful services. The house is ideal for summer holidays, given the presence of parking spaces (in the front yard), outdoor space equipped for outdoor dining (in the side area) and the many internal comforts (air conditioning in each room, WiFi internet connection , washing machine, flat screen TV and more). The two bedrooms have both double and single beds, so they can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is separated from the bright living room, the latter useful for having lunch together if the weather is not optimal. Finally we have a beautiful bathroom complete with shower and toilet and an additional shower in the side courtyard (convenient to return from the beach). Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
