Located in the closed condominium Canto das Palmeiras, in Juquehy, our 350m house accommodates up to 8 people in 4 suites with great comfort.
In addition to our condominium being on the sand, we have a leisure infrastructure with a pool, barbecue, and balconies overlooking the sea.
- The house is in a closed condominium of connected houses.
- We provide bed linen, pool towels, bath towels and blankets.
Our house has 2 floors and to access the 1st floor it is necessary to take an elevator from the ground floor.
On this floor, the guest will have access to a large TV room with sofas, kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay, laundry, in addition to a toilet.
Also, leaving through one of the balconies, you can enjoy a leisure area with barbecue, private pool and table overlooking the beach.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. As we are surrounded by nature, it is a perfect place for cycling or walking. Juquehy has one of the best infrastructure on the north coast and it is still easy to get to other beaches in the region. The beach is just over three kilometers long, and its left corner pleases families with children due to the calm sea and, on the right, surfers in search of good waves.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 21:00. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties
- - Smoking allowed only in external areas.
- - No visits allowed.
- - No pets allowed.
- - Children allowed.
- - There is a need to hire our reliable day laborer to accompany guests during their stay (prices aside).
- - A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final value of the reservation.
