As soon as the sun comes up, step out to the furnished patio, breathe in the salty breeze, and sip a cup of coffee as you plan a full day of fun. You can easily venture into the hustle and bustle of the city, yet you may find it hard to leave the heated private pool, providing the perfect place to take a quick dip or tan on balmy summer days.
When everyone has had their fill of vitamin D, head inside and let the fun continue into the evening with movie nights in the living area. The soaring ceilings, spiral staircase, and shiplap accents give this space an airy feel that is filled with natural light from sunup to sundown. Central air-conditioning is ready to keep everyone cool, and the full kitchen will come in handy for grabbing a few helpers to whip up tasty meals and snacks with ease. Plus, the private washer and dryer have you covered for keeping things fresh throughout your stay.
This home also provides a snow cone machine for the kids, and a frozen margarita machine for the adults!
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
This home includes a loft and studio.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
