Luna Maya is a development with a quiet atmosphere that is just 1 block from Coco Beach. The common areas are immaculately maintained and the unit is fully equipped to make sure your stay is nothing short of amazing. The Space: Welcome to Luna Maya, a hidden treasure 1 block from the beach. This intimate development consists of 36 units in 6 separate buildings nestled in a quiet area of Coco Beach. Privacy and peace & quiet are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe this beautiful development. There is a main courtyard with a pool that is maintained daily, a palapa with ample seating and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. With a great location and immaculately maintained grounds, Luna Maya makes for the ideal travel accommodations. Condo 1 is a ground-floor unit, called Tormenta 2 is a two bedroom two bathroom unit with a main terrace off of the living room offering ample living space and a nice view of the pool and courtyard. The kitchen comes complete with everything necessary to cook to your hearts content with a dining room table able to seat 6. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and a second terrace allowing you to let in the ocean breezes. The second bedroom with it’s own full bathroom has a Queen bed and a double bed which is great for larger groups or families. The open floor plan in this unit make it ideal for 2 couples or families looking for plenty of common space. The second condo is located on the 3rd floor, called Viento 6, is a two bedroom two bathroom unit with a main balcony off the living/dining room offering a view of the pool below and lush green space in a neighbouring green space. The kitchen comes complete with everything necessary to cook to your hearts content with a dining room table able to seat 6. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom and a small balcony allowing you to let in the ocean breezes. The second bedroom with it’s own full bathroom has two double beds providing lots of space for extra guests. For even more space, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Both Condos are in the same complex and are approximately 15 seconds walk apart!! Guest Access: You will have access to all parts of the condo including the living space, bedroom, balcony, common areas with swimming pool, lounging area, patio, etc. Interaction with Guests: You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details. To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. The Neighborhood: The Coco Beach area is one of the most privileged in Playa del Carmen. It is quiet and peaceful, only steps from the beach, but still only a few blocks from the start of 5th Avenue where you’ll find countless restaurants and shopping. Everything is within walking distance and so a car or taxis are seldom required. Getting Around: If you require a taxi or a rental car, you need only walk a few blocks to find either. The main street for taxis is 10th Avenue which is about 3 blocks away. As far as car rental companies, there are several on 5th and 10th which are all within a 10 minute walk. Other Things to Note: ***Across the street from this condo there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends Other things to note: Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC. Please notice we only provide 1 water jug, toilet paper and clean towels at your arrival, also we leave extra garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage bin, after you finish those, you can buy more at any convenience store.
