This colossal log cabin-style home was built in the 1930s by one of the founding families of Guerneville. The house has an upscale hunting lodge feel that is warm and cozy at the same time. With a mix of heritage antiques and luxury furniture, it’s a relaxing place to spend time with friends and family. You’ll love the private hot tub! The river view from the 11-foot-tall picture window is nothing short of spectacular. A large meadow in the backyard leads to an eight-acre private beach open to only a few neighbors. Fish from the best fishing hole in town, or lounge on the beach. Outside you’ll find a big meadow nestled next to the redwoods. There is also a large side yard with everything you need for relaxing in the backyard - a covered patio, an outdoor fireplace, and a nice sunny yard. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
