You’ll also find other essentials like a blender, cocktail shaker, and lots of wine glasses. One of the best aspects of this home is the outdoor space. The backyard is lush and green with lovely plantings and a long expanse of lawn. The yard stretches down to meet the river via a hidden stairway to the private dock. The large dock is tucked into the canopy on the edge of the river with a little builtin bench it’s a great place to watch the river flow. The back deck runs the length of the house and towers over the sprawling backyard for a survey of the landscape. You’ll find a hot tub, gas grill, and comfortable patio furniture there. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have airconditioning. The downstairs area is accessed via an exterior staircase. Docks, river access, and watercraft if applicable are seasonal. The Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, many homes are on hills, and some have many stairs.
