Here, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate a half-dozen guests, a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table with a view, and a spacious living area with a wet bar, well-appointed furniture, matching sofas, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Step out onto the large, furnished back deck where you can fire up your gas grill and dine alfresco or just recline and take in the unparalleled view. You’ll also enjoy a large, grassy yard that’s ideal for lawn games like croquet or corn hole as well as access to your own private, sandy beach. Additional features and amenities at this home include cooling central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay. For remote office work, make yourself comfortable in the office/den which includes a beautiful rolltop desk, sofa, and a high-speed internet connection. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
