This family-friendly escapade has two levels, each one full of incredible amenities and endless comfort. The first floor features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a TV, an extensive balcony, and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have TVs and share a second balcony. The main living space is located upstairs along with another bedroom. The airy living area with its comfortable sofas, board games, and TV offers an incredible spot to kick back and relax after a thrilling day at the beach. All that swimming will probably make you hungry, and this fully-appointed kitchen has everything needed to whip up delicious homemade meals and beach snacks for the crew. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW The HOA prohibits more than four vehicles at a house at any given time. No vehicles over 3/4 ton are allowed. No trailers of any kind are allowed.
