A destination all its own, the home comes fully furnished inside and out for prime vacation living. A large, fenced yard comes complete for outdoor entertainment, with gorgeous landscaping, a private hot tub, and firepit, plus ambient string lighting to keep the festivities going on into the evening. A gas grill and dining area provide the makings for a backyard barbecue. Designed with group gatherings in mind, the single-level interior features a spacious open layout with stylish design and updated furnishings featured throughout. Plan family style meals with ease in the sparkling full kitchen and relax in the living room after the day’s adventures while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. A six-person dining table sets the stage for dinners and game nights. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom. Two guest rooms share access to a second full bathroom. One of the guest rooms features private patio access. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
