The open interior continues with a living area containing a large sectional sofa and a TV for streaming your favorite channels, while the adjacent sunroom features a shuffleboard table and a table and chairs for rainy day board games. Outside, the fun really begins in the breathtaking, fenced back yard! Here, you can swim in the pool, soak your cares away in the attached pool spa, play on the five-hole putting green, fish from your private pier, and then gather around the firepit to close out your days as the stars come out overhead. THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor shower available. Beach/pool towels provided. Games for kids and adults available in a cabinet on the sun porch. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Please note that the underwater fishing lights on the pier are currently out of order. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
