The HOA controls the heating and cooling for this complex. Generally, cooling is turned on sometime in March, heating is turned on sometime in November, but it is based on local temperatures.

This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
