This home is also only a block from restaurants, antique stores, and a supermarket, while the Maine Mineral and Gem Museum and the Bethel Inn Golf Resort are both within walking distance. The interior of this three-bedroom vacation rental boasts a warm and inviting front living area with a wood-burning fireplace, matching sofas, a TV for streaming your favorite channels, and hardwood floors throughout. A dining area with a table and chairs for mealtimes or family game nights sits alongside this space, while a vaulted sunroom at the rear offers a pool table, a desk and chair, a telescope for stargazing, and windows all around. When it’s time to brew up your morning coffee or prepare home-cooked dinners, make your way into the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Outside, enjoy the large, grassy yard framed by ancient maple trees while you dine alfresco on the deck, and then close out your days gathered around the firepit. Things to Know This vacation rental is equipped with a built-in generator. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Two adult bicycles are available for guest use. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
