Still Waters SML Still Waters is a beautiful six-bedroom home located five minutes by water from Hales Ford Bridge in Bedford County with deep water, good swimming, and great bass fishing from the dock. Access to the lake is from the lower level of the home, with steps leading to the shared dock and floating sun dock. There you will find a covered sitting area, picnic tables, a swing, a paddleboat, and kayaks for your use - as well as cleats to tie up your boat. The boat slips are rented out, so occasionally there may be people parking at the home to access their boats. There is space on the floater to dock one boat. There is electric on the dock. On the lower level is a 17-seat 1960s-era theater room for watching your favorite shows, movies, and gaming - all in true HD 1080p on a large 10’ projection screen. Inputs are provided, so bring your gaming console or other devices. The lower level also offers a full bath and two large bedrooms that each walk out onto private patios. There are ping-pong and air hockey tables on this level, as well as a treadmill and cardio glide. The main level of this contemporary home offers a well-equipped kitchen with a double oven, an adjoining dining area, and a living room with a TV and plenty of windows providing wonderful views of the water. The two main-level primary suites walk out to their own decks overlooking the lake. One features an antique claw-foot tub and a standalone shower. The upper level has a game area with an assortment of books, movies, and board games, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a TV/DVR/VCR, while the other has a TV and a PlayStation with games. THINGS TO KNOW Max occupancy is 12 people over the age of two years old (county and state law). This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC. Dock Details: Limit 1 boat can be docked during stay. BOAT LIFTS NOT FOR GUEST USE. Two of the boat slips are shared and those renters have full access to the dock, as well as parking spaces at the home. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
