From here, you’ll be only minutes away from Historic Deadwood and famous Sturgis or a short drive from all the best attractions the Black Hills offer - Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower, Custer State Park, and more. Enjoy all paved road access as well as quick access to ATV trails. After a day of exploring, come home to the comfort of the covered deck, where you can view the beautiful Black Hills and the deer that pass by morning and night. There are also two custom firepits - the perfect end to a perfect day. Cedar Lodge 17 is a custom Black Hills home. From the detail to the materials used, you will feel like you escaped to the perfect vacation home. While here, take advantage of the walk-out finished basement that includes a pool table and a large wet bar. THINGS TO KNOW - This vacation rental is located in a residential area; parties including bachelorette and bachelor parties are strictly prohibited. - No smoking on-site. - This property is managed by Property Manager South Dakota LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
