The open layout combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the dining area and living room, making it a dream for entertaining or gathering with friends and family. The chef can use the full suite of stainless steel appliances to whip up family favorites and there’s plenty of room to sit down for a meal together around the window-front table. Unwind at home each evening in the central AC while you toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh. Grab a spot on the large sectional and stream the latest release, or use the free high-speed WiFi to catch up on remote work in the bonus room/office space. Catch a spectacular sunset over the canal, then keep dinner simple on the gas grill, or even simpler with a visit to a local restaurant. The sunny getaway you crave is waiting - all that’s left to do is book. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts. The hot tub is not available for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
