This home enjoys an enviable corner position in a small, atmospheric building surrounded by tall trees. After a day spent swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll come home to a shaded patio on the ground floor where you can barbecue on the gas grill, relax on the cushioned sofa, or recline in the porch swing with a cold drink in hand.
Ascend a flight of exterior stairs and enter by way of a small front patio, a wonderful spot to savor your first cup of coffee each morning. Inside, the living space has every modern comfort, including an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a dining room table for four. Leave the day’s swimsuits and towels in the care of the stacked washer/dryer, and get comfortable in the living room with a movie streaming on TV.
