There’s a well-appointed kitchen with everything need if you want to cook (as well as restaurants within walking distance), a washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable service. This part of St. Augustine offers you miles of biking, walking, and shell-collecting. You’ll feel miles away from the stresses of daily life, yet you’ll also be close to so much. It’s a quick drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine with its restaurants, shops, museums, and pedestrian mall. Marineland is only five miles south and the quaint town of Flagler Beach is 25 miles south. THINGS TO KNOW This is a quiet neighborhood; no parties or large gatherings are allowed. Quiet time hours begin at 10 pm. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
