Our flat is located in the best area of Torremolinos, La Carihuela, right next to the promenade.
This 40 m² flat can accommodate 2 people. It is very bright and cosy, has 1 bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe.
It is equipped with iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, 1 television.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Something to emphasize is the location of our flat, it is in a wonderful place in which to spend time with family or friends will be the easiest as this area has many leisure options, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops of all kinds, it is also just a few meters from the beach.
It is located 2 m from the train station "Estación de tren de Torremolinos", 130 m from the sandy beach "playa miguel beach club" well known...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Pet: 25 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Pets rules:
