Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the decks overlooking the water, your afternoons swimming or paddling from the dock at the water’s edge (kayaks, paddleboards, life vests, and fishing gear are provided!), and your evenings grilling and dining alfresco as the kids play on the waterfront lawn. There’s also a firepit where you can roast s’mores, tell ghost stories, and stargaze in the evenings. The two-story interior is perfect for entertaining, with a large living room offering multiple seating vignettes and a smart TV for streaming using your accounts. (The fireplace is not operational.) Prepare favorite recipes in the adjacent well-equipped kitchen using the stainless steel appliances, and pull the high chair up to the dining room table to gather the whole crew together at mealtime. Indulge in a restful night’s sleep in three upstairs bedrooms. Kids will love the bunk room, while those who need to work remotely can choose between two WFH desks in the guest bedroom. There is an HOA boat launch down Amber Lane. The dock, two kayaks (one adult and one child-size), and paddle boards are only available from May through October. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
