The house is located on the southwestern side of Lake Winnipesaukee, with access to the lakeshore available nearby at Ellacoya State Park (one mile).
After a day of cruising the lake, driving the loop road, or fishing for salmon, rainbow trout, or largemouth bass, you can gather around in the front yard for an incredible lake and mountain view.
The interior was designed to showcase the lake, with windows framing the view at every turn.
