Tao Residences is an amazing and beautiful development The Tao wellness center is located a short walk from the penthouse, as are family and adults-only pools with BBQ grills, sun-decks and shaded seating areas. The Space: Welcome to Tao Residences! This collection of luxury condos has a great balance between amenities and natural jungle getaway. A short drive from the beautiful town of Akumal, Tao Residences is set in the jungle next to the Bahia Principe Hotel and Golf Course. It is ideally situated to be able to visit some of the most amazing places within the Riviera Maya. With Akumal a few minutes drive away, Playa del Carmen 30 minutes to the north and Tulum 20 minutes to the south. You will be easily able to take advantage of the wonderful beauty this area has to offer. Once you arrive to your Tao penthouse, you will immediately feel as though you are in a luxury campground. Nature is mixed in between the well designed buildings. Take the elevator up to your third floor condo where you will walk in and be surprised by the large space. The loft condo has large windows that allow in the natural light which highlights the details of this property. The sitting area is just off the screened in terrace which is a wonderful place to enjoy quiet afternoons or evening cocktails. The kitchen and dining space is large and inviting providing you all the appliances you’ll need to prepare a great meal. On the main floor, you’ll also find the 1st of two bedrooms with Queen bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom it´s upstairs with a king size bed, full bathroom and access to the gorgeous terrace where the outdoor jacuzzi in located! Lastly, you’ll find the laundry area on the first floor, just off the kitchen area. The best part of this condo is yet to come, the access to the most amazing amenities!!! Guest Access: You will have access to the loft condo private screen lounge area on first floor and outdoor terrace with dinning area and jacuzzi Interaction with Guests: We are available 24 hours a day, to ensure that every question or concern is addressed. One of our staff will be there to greet you upon your arrival and to make sure you have everything you need. The Neighborhood: Common areas with family and adults-only pools with BBQ grills, sun-decks and shaded seating areas. The Tao wellness center with lap pool, restaurant and spa is available with reservation and additional charge directly at the center. Getting Around: It’s best to rent a vehicle while staying at this property so that you can visit all parts of the Mayan Riviera including Akumal, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Taxis are available but more limited and more expensive. Other things to note: Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC. Please notice we only provide 1 water jug, toilet paper and clean towels at your arrival, also we leave extra garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage bin, after you finish those, you can buy more at any convenience store.
