Riverside Chateau is a gorgeous riverfront home with a private beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Nestled in the redwoods, the property is also very sunny and warm. With two decks overlooking the river and lots of privacy, you’ll feel like you’re in a different world. Inside the Chateau, you’ll find rooms that have been lovingly maintained and beautifully renovated. The large living room is a wonderful combination of modern and vintage, with a brand new leather sectional and charming fireplace. The living room also has a large smart TV with A Blu-ray player. French doors out to the deck overlook the river. The custom country kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a deep farmhouse sink. So nicely designed and beautiful, you’ll love cooking here. Gaze at the river while dining in this gorgeous spot with two sets of French doors and tons of natural light, or open the doors and dine alfresco on the deck. One of the best views is from the brand new six-person hot tub, which is situated on the lower deck and is covered, so you can even hot tub in the rain. Check out the kayaks floating by while you soak. In nice weather, you can walk down the back steps to a large private beach, accessible only to neighbors. The perfect place for summer relaxation or a nice winter stroll. THINGS TO KNOW -Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking a home. -Docks, river access, and watercraft if applicable are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability. -This home does not have AC. -This home sleeps eight in the summer but only six during the winter time. -Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. -This property is managed by Property Manager Seasonal Inc.
