In the evenings, gather around the wood-burning firepit for s’mores and starlight conversation. A fully enclosed porch extension off the kitchen features a beautiful array of screened windows and skylight, with a patio table and armchairs furnished for all-season comfort. Plan at-home entrées with ease in the gorgeous, updated kitchen equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware and utensils, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There’s breakfast bar seating for three and the indoor dining table can accommodate up to six for sit-down meals. After the day’s adventures, unwind in the living room while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV or head down to the game room for some happy hour fun with a classic board game or a family movie night on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: No parking available. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
