On the quiet Lake Ogleton off of the Chesapeake, this waterfront home with a gorgeous new pool, hot tub, and private pier will be a place for you and yours to relax and make memories. This beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired contemporary home with plenty of waterfront amenities boasts renovated interior and exterior spaces.
The kitchen space has been designed to gather friends and family with top-of-the-line amenities for preparing and enjoying a gourmet meal. Two dishwashers and double refrigerators are an entertainer’s dream. Use the dumbwaiter to easily send everything up to the third floor for dining with a view. The kitchen features a large island with seating and a dining table. Dine outside under the shade of large umbrellas. The third-floor rooftop has incredible views.
The third-floor loft has an additional sitting area with a TV, a wine cooler, and a refrigerator. A warm, formal living room has a massive fireplace with reclining couches, water views, and a TV. An adjacent sitting room has a gas fireplace and seating with water views. The large covered front porch has big, comfy furnishings to snuggle into and take in the sunrises over the water.
Each of the bedrooms has been uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features a gas fireplace and water views, while one guest bedroom boasts bay views and an en suite bathroom.
