With origins dating back to the 1900s as a steamship landing for the Mosquito Fleet servicing communities throughout the Sound, the home showcases 1000 feet of private shoreline along Glen Cove and comes fully equipped with features and amenities to make the most of your time.
Hunt for shells and scout sand dollars along the beach, launch one of the provided kayaks and SUPs to explore Glen Cove, or just enjoy a day of lawn games and activities with family and friends. The home offers a variety of games and toys including a croquet set, corn hole, badminton, and bocce ball, plus a sand volleyball court and equipment. Explore the surrounding woods with a hike around the property. On rainy days, there’s also a Ping-Pong table for indoor entertainment. After the day’s activities, relax in the private hot tub or gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and S’mores. An outdoor prep kitchen comes equipped with a sink, counter space, fridge and utensils for al fresco meals which can be enjoyed at the waterfront picnic/dining area. The prep kitchen makes an ideal addition to the barbecue area and is also a convenient space for use by caterers or hired chefs.
The home’s three-bedroom layout features a bright, single-level floor plan boasting water views and updated amenities. Enjoy casual downtimes and cozy evening in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all new fixtures and stainless steel appliances for handling home-cooking and, when paired with the prephouse, can accommodate family feasts with ease. The dining room offers seating for six and includes a storyboard with photos depicting the property’s rich history. Primary guests will have access to a private en suite bathroom and a second, full bathroom is shared between the two other guest rooms. A private washer/dryer can be found in the primary bedroom. An electric vehicle charger is onsite for your convenience, you may need your own adapter.

Further south, Gig Harbor offers a quaint harbor-front and great local dining.
THINGS TO KNOW
A 40-amp plug located inside the roll-up door in the garage can be used for EV charging. Guests must supply their own adapter cord.
Volleyball: The volleyball court is in the middle of the sandspit. The net can be tied between the 2 permanent posts in the sand. Balls and the net are in the garage and an air pump is in the bin with the balls to add air if needed.
Kayaks and stand up paddle board: These can be carried across the lawn to the boat launch ramp by the garden. At night, all the boats and beach toys should be brought up onto the lawn as the tide can come up into the driftwood and things float away.
