The Home
Come and stay with us at Moody Woods on this beautiful, wooded, large 1 acre home nestled among the pine trees! The gate can be closed to fully fence in the yard. Plenty of space for some of the outdoor games - or bring your own! We have a new living room sofa & loveseat - and a new 4 person dining set that we just updated in early Dec 2024! We are also now on City Water - no more well water for us! :)
You will feel like you are out in the woods, yet everything is not very far way. For groceries, to shopping, golf courses - many close options to choose from. And if you want to visit the beach during your stay, you are a 30 minute ride away. If you’re looking for some delicious fresh fish, shrimp, crab legs, or oysters - you are right in between 2 of the area’s best places - in Whitey’s Fish Camp and the OP Fish House and Oyster Bar! We have a lot of games for both indoor & outdoor fun! Great yard for your dog...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
