Welcome to Blue Heron! If you’re coming to town for Work, to visit Family, or to play a round of Golf at one of our areas great golf courses, Blue Heron is in just the location for you! This 3 bedroom/2 bath home is in a quiet cul-de-sac for you to escape & unwind. Grab a chair and relax while making dinner on the charcoal grill in the fully fenced in yard. There is a screened in porch off the back of the home also. Pet Friendly up to 25 lbs. Pets must be disclosed in advance - there is a fee per pet. Max 2 pets.
We have 2 bikes available for use during your stay too!
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, Smart TV and full bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. The 2nd full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A sunken* living room off of the dining & kitchen areas is a great place to gather and watch your favorite program...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
