Flagler Beach Sandy Toes D is across the street and directly onto the sandy beach! No need to load up the car with a day’s worth of gear, battle traffic, and search for a parking spot before you can enjoy your fun in the sun: When you stay in our two-bedroom apartment all you have to do is roll out of bed and stroll across the road. You even have your own balcony for your day at the beach. The sunrise is right outside your front door, and if it is a full moon, the site of that beautiful moon it rising from the crashing surf is a sight you will never forget. The apartment is located upstairs and you have your own private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beer in the evening while you watch the sunset to the west from the porch. If surfing, paddleboarding, parasailing, fishing, or collecting shells and sea glass are at the top of your vacation to-do list, you’re going to love it here. But not only is Sandy Toes...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
