Edelweiss This beautiful home with lots of windows offers three primary suites with lake views, four-and-a-half baths, and 320’ of waterfront to enjoy all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer. The main level has a family room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, laundry area, and primary suite with a jetted tub. It walks out to a deck with outdoor furniture and great views of the lake. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating. The upper level has two primary suites and extra sleeping space in the loft area. The lower level has a custom wet bar, plus a large family room with a TV, a pool table, board games, and a sofa bed. It walks out to a patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. A stairway leads to the oversize stationary and floating dock, with a sitting area that provides plenty of room for sunbathing and enjoying the water. This home is conveniently located and is only a few minutes’ boat ride to the Bridgewater area. There is plenty of parking for cars and a boat trailer, and there is a large front yard. THINGS TO KNOW Max occupancy is six people over the age of two years old (county and state law). This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC. Dock Details: Limit 2 boats can be docked during stay. Electrical outlets Guest can use the boat shed. BOAT LIFTS NOT FOR GUEST USE. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
