This beautiful home with lots of windows offers three primary suites with lake views, four-and-a-half baths, and 320’ of waterfront to enjoy all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer.
The main level has a family room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, laundry area, and primary suite with a jetted tub. It walks out to a deck with outdoor furniture and great views of the lake. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating.
The upper level has two primary suites and extra sleeping space in the loft area.
The lower level has a custom wet bar, plus a large family room with a TV, a pool table, board games, and a sofa bed. It walks out to a patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill.
A stairway leads to the oversize stationary and floating dock, with a sitting area that provides plenty of room for sunbathing and enjoying the water.
This home is conveniently located and is only a few minutes’ boat ride to the Bridgewater area. There is plenty of parking for cars and a boat trailer, and there is a large front yard.
