You will love this home’s wonderful character and stunning natural surroundings during your stay, along with being only a short driving distance from all the local attractions the Brattleboro and Wilmington areas have to offer. The prime location allows you to hear the peepers and the owls at night as you watch the fireflies and falling stars by the outdoor fireplace or from the front porch. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the two living rooms as well as the large decks off the bedrooms allow for great wildlife watching around the two big ponds. The sunken living room will be right upon entering the home and is furnished with comfortable sofas, offering a great spot to unwind as soon as you arrive....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
