The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent dining area allows seating for your whole group. This level also offers a lakeside primary suite with a full bath and a powder room. For entertainment, there is a pool table in the family room, a bar, a foosball table, an air hockey table, a Ms. Pac-Man 10-in-1 arcade, and electronic darts! There are also two additional lakeside bedrooms, a bath, and a bunk area on this level with a TV with DVD in each room. For those of you with young kids, a high chair and a stroller are available for use. Steps lead to the dock with a bench swing, plenty of room for sunbathing, and space to dock your boat. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
