The second level features the kitchen, living room, and dining area, which will seat the entire family comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and all the counter space you’ll need to whip up a mouth-watering meal. The dining table has seating for six and the deck is a great space for an alfresco meal via the gas grill or just for enjoying the fresh air while catching up with old friends. After a delicious feast, turn on the TV and snuggle up on the sofa for an entertaining movie night. You can also sit quietly in the adjacent study to finish that riveting novel while the kids play upstairs in the loft with all the children’s toys available to keep them entertained. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
