Hobby chefs will love creating culinary charms in the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, oven range, and microwave. With a King-sized bed in the bedroom with a fantastic view and a TV for private viewing, this cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family, as the sofa in the living area converts to a bed. Watch a spectacular sunset while rocking in the rocking chairs or dining alfresco on the patio, making memories that’ll last a lifetime. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ accounts. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
