This home is part of a duplex but is joined only by a garage. The two bungalows are entirely separate with their own grounds. The parking areas and entries are on opposite sides of the property, and they have their own walkways, patios, and fenced gardens with no common areas. No smoking. No events, parties, or gatherings. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM until 9 AM. Please respect our neighbors and friends of many decades. This home is right off the freeway, it does experience some freeway and coastal railway noise. This home is in an oak grove and has routine pest control, but is still susceptible to insects.
