This is a little known residential neighborhood built along an unspoilt shoreline in the North of Mallorca. Our Barcares House Can Verd is wonderfully spacious and has a private annex. Ten guests can comfortably be accommodated. The terrace offers views from Polenza Bay to Fortaleza.
This area has became famous for the TV series "Night Manager". This front-line accommodation offers direct access to the sea. Local government Beach strictly protect the pristine quality of this rocky coastline so swim shoes are recommended. However, this is a great place for snorkeling and paddling .
There is also a sandy beach just a few minutes’ walk away. There are small supermarkets and popular restaurants nearby. Alcudia’s old walled city is within walking distance and many restaurants, some supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, banks, gas...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
