This is a little known residential neighborhood built along an unspoilt shoreline in the North of Mallorca. Our Barcares House Can Verd is wonderfully spacious and has a private annex. Ten guests can comfortably be accommodated. The terrace offers views from Polenza Bay to Fortaleza. This area has became famous for the TV series "Night Manager". This front-line accommodation offers direct access to the sea. Local government Beach strictly protect the pristine quality of this rocky coastline so swim shoes are recommended. However, this is a great place for snorkeling and paddling . There is also a sandy beach just a few minutes’ walk away. There are small supermarkets and popular restaurants nearby. Alcudia’s old walled city is within walking distance and many restaurants, some supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, banks, gas stations, etc. The street market is twice a week. Seaside resorts in Port Alcudia and Port Polenza are just a short drive away. The main building has two floors. Each room is elegantly decorated and no costs have been saved to provide our customers with all their necessities. The ground floor, which is surrounded by paved areas and lawn, consists of a large recently renovated bedroom with sea views and an ensuite bathroom. There is direct access to the terrace and sea. This floor also provides a comfortable sitting/reading room with floor to ceiling windows opening to the terrace and sea. There is also an indoor dining area. Adjoining the sitting room is a study with a desk, perfect for home working. There is also a table, playing cards and board games. The ground floor of the House is decorated with a mix of traditional, Mediterranean and contemporary styles. The spacious living / dining room shines with a very comfortable interior There are amazing views of Polenza Bay. There is a large terrace with a sun-loungers and a dining area. The stairs lead directly to the sea. This is an ideal place to see the setting sun sets. The kitchen is bright and airy and well equipped. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Also, two bedrooms with a king bed and two others with twin beds. There are 3 shower rooms that serve the bedrooms. All bedrooms offer mountain views from the surrounding countryside. The annex is a little aside from the main building. This is the perfect accommodation for couples seeking more privacy. Large bedroom with lounge / TV area and private bathroom.
