The Home
-The house is a typical Majorca-style ‘finca’ which was totally refurbished in 2007. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. There is central heating, satellite TV and Internet connection throughout.
Entering the house by the front door we find a spacious entrance hall with a pretty central arch. To the left of the hallway there is a double bedroom with double bed 200 cm in length. On the right there is another bedroom with twin beds, 200 cm in length. Through the arch we find the living room, with satellite TV, DVD player and comfortable sofas. There is also a large Bluetooth speaker which can be connected to your mobile phone. Beyond the living room is the kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the necessary kitchenware. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
