The Home
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant 17th century building (with lift) which once served as a trading station for goods from the surrounding countryside. On the floor below, the BAULLARI III apartment can accommodate up to 12 guests, while the large balcony on the corner of the building overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele II belongs to the other Romac BAULLARI apartment which is able to sleep other 15 guests.
The apartment is large and airy and can sleep up to 8 guests. It is composed of four bedrooms, three with a double bed and one is a twin room. There are three bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub.
The heart of the apartment is the kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped to prepare your meals. The large dining table is able to seat all the guests and makes the kitchen area both welcoming and comfortable.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- Early check-in (upon availability): 50€
- Late check-in (after 9pm): 35€
- Late check-in (after midnight): 50€
- City tax: 6€/person/night, for a maximum of 10 nights, children up to 10yrs old excluded.
