To the left of the hallway is a modern bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with king-size bed. The upper floor, which is accessed from the exterior of the house, comprises an independent apartment. This contains a large living room with three sofas, TV and fireplace, a small kitchen, large double room with king-size double bed and complete bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is air conditioning. In front of the house there is a spacious garden with lawn, ideal for children, an area with patio armchairs in the shade of a lovely tree and, separated by a fence, is the swimming pool zone, with a pool measuring 10m x 5m, surrounded by lawn, hammocks and a barbecue so that you can enjoy meals in the open air.
